When the information about an altercation between Draymond Green and Jordan Poole first came out, it was reported that the incident was a culmination Poole being cocky ahead of a lucrative contract extension.
These reports were quickly dismissed by Andre Iguodala and Steph Curry. The latter called it a ‘absolute BS.’ However, new report from TMZ suggests that the original reports were true after all.
Reportedly, a source who saw the infamous incident revealed that Poole was calling fouls during a scrimmage. Green did not appreciate that and called his teammate a ‘b*tch’ multiple times.
It got to the point where the guard said “You know what it is, Draymond,” apparently referring to the fact that he is about to sign an extension while Green has not been offered an extension by the Warriors. “No I don’t know, what is it?” was Green’s response.
This was followed by Poole pushing off Green and the latter punched him in the face.
